  NEW ARRIVALS EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME - FREE SUPPORTING MATERIALS FOR ADMISSIONS  
  In response to the NAEP, I have worked with colleagues in Nottinghamshire to develop a toolkit to support schools with their admissions of new arrivals. This resource is FREE and is now available on this website. Click the 'NEW ARRIVAL ADMISSIONS TOOLS' tab above. As this is such an important tool for schools, this is a free resource.  
 

 

 

 
  POLISH PUPILS in LONDON SCHOOLS - A REPORT FROM MULTIVERSE/MIDDLESEX UNIVERSITY  
 

QUOTED FROM THE MULTIVERSE WEBSITE: "This report was commissioned by Multiverse and carried out by a team of researchers at the Social Policy Research Centre at Middlesex University. There is a substantial literature on recent Polish migration, but this is the first major study to look at the implications for teachers in schools and for tutors in Initial Teacher Training. The report includes interviews with staff in four London primary schools, with different numbers of Polish pupils, as well as interviews with Polish parents.
